In Belize, bonefish, tarpon and permit are so numerous, big schools can at times be spotted from a hundred of yards. Ripples on the water become shadows that shift and take shape, grow fins and become targets for a well-cast fly.
Belize is one of very few places on earth where a Flats Slam (landing a tarpon, a bonefish, and a permit all in one day) is not uncommon.
